# The Windsor Court

> The Windsor Court is a five-star luxury hotel at 300 Gravier Street in the New Orleans Central Business District, one block from the French Quarter and the Mississippi River. We opened in 1984 and host guests in 314 rooms and suites, with a heated rooftop saltwater pool, a full-service spa, four restaurants and bars, and traditional afternoon tea at Le Salon.

The Windsor Court has 314 rooms and suites. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon. The hotel is 100 percent smoke-free throughout, and ADA-accessible rooms are available. Pets are welcome through our [Pampered Pets](https://thewindsorcourt.com/pampered-pets/) program, for a non-refundable $150 pet comfort amenity per stay, covering up to two pets per room. Valet parking is available, and there are three electric vehicle charging stations operated by our valet attendants. Our complimentary house car runs for drop-offs within a three-mile limit, on Thursday and Friday from 2 to 9pm and on Saturday from 10am to 10pm, first come and first served. The rooftop saltwater pool is heated year round and open daily from 6am to 10pm, children under 16 swim with a parent present, and the fitness center is complimentary for hotel guests.
